For many years I worked as a senior lecturer and researcher at the learning.lab, University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland<\/a> and as a consultant at the Swiss Network for Educational Innovation.<\/a> I\u2019m currently Head of the Learning Innovation Unit<\/em> at the \u00a0Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute<\/a>, an associated Institute of the University of Basel.<\/p>\n \n In my innovation and research projects<\/a> I bridge a range of educational, geographical, and disciplinary frontiers.\u00a0 Understanding and implementing digital media in knowledge and learning organisations requires the integration of\u00a0different domains, such as psychology, pedagogy, sociology and organisation science.
